We inspect on site
Our team comes to your address. We look at the drain and the affected area together.
We find the cause
We locate the blockage with a CCTV drain camera. We explain the problem and what we plan to do.
We clear the drain
We clear it with the right equipment, without breaking tiles or walls. We check that the water flows properly and leave the work area clean.
We clear the blockage,
not break the wall.
Every pipe and every blockage needs something different. We inspect the line first, then choose the method based on the problem we find.
In-pipe camera
We see inside the pipe on a screen. Instead of guessing where the blockage is, we pinpoint its location.
Drain snake and robot machine
A motorised drain snake works its way through the pipe, breaking up the buildup that stops the flow and clearing the drain.
High-pressure water
A water jet uses pressure to clear built-up waste from the drainage line and opens a path for water to flow.
Vacuum truck
We draw wastewater out of manholes, sewer lines and septic tanks into the tanker with strong suction and empty them.

Frequently asked
questions.
If you are not sure what to do about a drain problem, you can start here.
Send us your questionWhat should I do until the team arrives?
Stop running water into the blocked drain. If it is overflowing, do not use the connected sink, shower or toilet. Do not pour chemicals into the drain, and if you have already used some, tell the team. Keep any standing water away from electrical appliances.
Why do drains get blocked?
In the kitchen, grease and food waste can build up in the pipe, and in the bathroom, hair and soap residue do the same. Wet wipes and foreign objects flushed down the toilet can also stop the flow. When blockages keep coming back, the inside of the pipe needs to be inspected.
What does no-dig drain unclogging mean?
Instead of breaking tiles or walls, we reach the pipe through the existing drain opening. We locate the blockage with a camera, then deal with the build-up using a drain snake, a robotic machine or high-pressure water. If we see a different problem in the pipe, we share it with you first.
When is a vacuum truck needed?
A vacuum truck is used when wastewater that has built up in a manhole, sewer line or septic tank needs to be pumped out and removed. Unclogging a drain and emptying accumulated water are different jobs. We inspect on site and explain which one is needed.
Can I reach you at night?
Yes. We work across Istanbul 24/7, every day of the week. At night you can call us by phone or write to us on WhatsApp. All we need is a description of the problem and your address.
Tell us about your drain.
Is the water draining slowly, or coming back up? Call or message us.
We'll listen to the problem, then look at it at your address.
