For septic tanks, manholes, grease traps or wastewater in a flooded basement, we send a combination vacuum truck. For narrow streets and low car parks, we choose a mini vacuum truck. In a residence, several bathrooms connected to a floor branch line, or the grease from a café in a business centre, can build up at one point in the line and turn into a blockage. Once we have looked inside the line with a camera and found where the blockage is, we explain to you what we will do and why.

The shared stacks in older apartment buildings in Nişantaşı, Kurtuluş and Feriköy are mostly still made of cast iron. Rust forms on the inside, grease and soap residue cling to the rough surface and narrow the bore, and the joints where flat lines connect to the PVC drain pipe are the points that block most often. High pressure can damage these ageing lines, so we first read their condition with a camera.

In the new residences and business centres of Mecidiyeköy and Bomonti, the load comes from many toilets and from the grease of a café or restaurant on the ground floor. In a multi-storey residence, for example, a floor branch line that keeps filling up can show that the problem is not in the stack but in a side elbow. In an office building, grease from the staff kitchen can collect in the shared line and carry the smell up to the upper floors. In residences, asking technical management to open the shaft covers beforehand makes the work easier.
