Once the camera shows the inside of the pipe, you can see where the blockage is and whether the problem lies inside the building or on the shared line. High-pressure water jetting restores the pipe's internal diameter to what it was before it clogged. An overflow a caretaker finds in the basement and a slow-draining sink in a student flat often point to different sections of the same shared line.
